Assume that you are working as a public health coordinator in a non-profit organ

Assume that you are working as a public health coordinator in a non-profit organization and planning an awareness campaign on your selected issue. Now, select and prepare a one-page risk communication strategy guideline relevant to your community focusing on your self-defined targeted audiences (e.g., people with limited health literacy, public health professionals). Your final submission should contain the following content:
1. Define your target audiences based on the public health issue in their community.
2. Identify risk factors and adverse consequences associated with them.
3. Determine human health consequences due to environmental exposure.
4. Provide prevention strategies to mitigate the health consequences.
Select appropriate communication strategies for the targeted audiences by considering their needs.
5. Your guideline should follow EPA’s Seven Cardinal Rules of Risk Communication.
–PLEASE WRITE ABOUT lead poisoning
–TARGET AUDIENCE: General public
(Electronic waste workers in Agbogbloshie, Accra, Ghana).
–Risk Factors: Anyone who was exposed to the environment especially young kids playing around.
–Adverse Consequences: anemia, weakness, and kidney and brain damage. Very high lead exposure can cause death. Lead can cross the placental barrier, which means pregnant women who are exposed to lead also expose their unborn child.

The first section is terms that need a short paragraph describing how they relate to energy policies.

Hello, can you please help me answer these two sections please? The first section is terms that need a short paragraph describing how they relate to energy policies. The second section just need all of the parts in the prompt to be answered. Also, it doesn’t have to be written in the structure of a paper.
Thank you I really appreciate it!

Why is this a problem?

Here you are picking a SPECIFIC problem with current policy in the US. This can be at the federal, the state, or even the local level. I would strongly prefer that you focus on an energy policy issue in the U.S. UNLESS you are from outside the US (in which case I encourage you to evaluate an energy problem within your own country). Why? Mostly because you are most likely to be familiar with/understand the political context of the country in which you reside. In other words, it’s hard to write effectively about policy changes in a country unless you’re quite familiar with the political workings of that country.
SO, the paper should address:
What is the Problem? At what level should this be addressed, ideally (Federal, State, or local)?
Why is this a problem? Describe why it sucks in a comprehensive manner.
What solutions have been proposed?
